What the law says !

A sectarian drift is the deviation of freedom of thought, opinion or religion in order to infringe on a person’s fundamental rights, security or physical integrity, public order or laws.

This notion of freedom is widely recalled in various pieces of legislation in France, notably in the Declaration of Human and Citizen Rights of 1789, which recalls in various articles:

Article 4 « Freedom is to be able to do anything that does not harm others: thus, the exercise of the natural rights of every man has only those that assure other Members of the Society the enjoyment of those same rights. These boundaries can only be determined by the Law (…).»
Article 10 “No one should be worried about his or her opinions, even religious ones, as long as their manifestation does not disturb the public order established by the Law.”
Article 11 “The free communication of thoughts and opinions is one of the most precious human rights: every Citizen can therefore speak, write, print freely, except to answer for the abuse of that freedom in cases determined by the Law

But this idea of freedom is also instructed in the French Constitution of 4 October 1958 by advocating equality for everyone, recalled in Article 1 which states that ” France is an indivisible, secular, democratic and social Republic. It ensures equality before the law of all citizens regardless of origin, race or religion. She respects all beliefs. Its organization is decentralized. The law promotes equal access for women and men to electoral mandates and elective functions, as well as to professional and social responsibilities (…). »

Finally, the law of 9 December 1905 concerning the separation of churches and the state supports the desire for freedom of conscience in Article 1, which states that “The Republic guarantees freedom of conscience. It guarantees the free exercise of worship under the following restrictions in the interest of public order (…). »

The private investigator will take the time necessary to listen to you in order to gather all the information necessary to put in place a strategy tailored to your needs.

The strategy will be offered to you based on the information received,the type of mission and the location where it should be carried out.

However, the strategy will be:

Adapted to the mission
Budgeted according to your needs and possibilities
No final extra cost (unless you expressly request to continue the mission)

This strategy will be offered to you via a mission mandate containing different otpions.

Once the proposed warrant has been duly signed, the private investigator assigned to your investigation will work with you to:

A mission schedule (modified according to events)
A location tracking (without you)

Then the mission will be carried out in accordance with the laws in force. During the mission, the private investigator responsible for carrying out the mission will keep you informed of the progress of the mission.

An investigation report will be provided at the end of the mission.

That will be:
