As far as legal professionals are concerned, the goal of the Prometheus Group is to assist legal professionals in the processing of their client files, whether they are individual or professional.
Our role is to obtain legal evidence.
Ourteam of professionals will advise you to provide you with the means of evidence obtained in strict legality, and transcribed in an investigation report produced before the competent court.
Thelegal professionals with whom the Prometheus Group collaborates:
The private investigators of the Prometheus Group are used to working closely with lawyers, judicial officers and notaries.
The tripartite relationship between private investigator, lawyer and client is at the heart of the methodology proposed by the Prometheus Group.
This working methodology allows us to reconcile the effectiveness of interventions with the optimization of the costs associated with the investigation. Thus, our directors of private investigations systematically consult with the lawyer of his principal in order to validate the proposed investigation strategy.
These court assistants are privileged partners in the investigations conducted by the private investigator.
Some files do require prior work in order to facilitate bailiffs’ findings. The Prometheus Group regularly engages the group’s private investigators to work closely with these court assistants.
Whether it is to prepare a statement or to identify an address in order to carry out a service of acts the private investigators of the Group Prometheus investigations are competent to accompany the judicial officers in their missions.
Notaries:
The private investigators of the Prometheus Group are also competent for all matters related to an estate problem. Indeed, the search for heirs and/or rights holders are missions regularly handled by our directors of private investigations.
As a general rule, lawyers can work with a detective, but the detective will then be mandated by the lawyer’s client. A lawyer may also appoint a private investigator if additional information is required to require the assistance of a detective. As a private research officer is an essential asset to the lawyer, he or she can take the time to gather information, travel to various locations without time constraints, and use their investigative techniques.
When it comes to adultery, a private investigator will follow the person concerned, who they see and where they are going to go. In order to authenticate adultery and act on the fact, he can call a bailiff. The latter will go to the scene and draw up a bailiff’s statement which will then have a convincing force in terms of evidence.
Private detectives have the same goal as legal professionals, they want to provide proof for their client. To get done they can work together.
